1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using VoiceRoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add‑on and discontinue use immediately.

• You may use VoiceRoom solely within Adobe Express via official developer APIs and subject to Adobe’s applicable terms and policies.
• Modification, reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or use outside Adobe Express is prohibited.
• You will not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent security or availability).

3. Your Content and Communications

• You retain ownership of your audio, voice, and any content you transmit or share through VoiceRoom.
• You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to process your content solely as necessary to operate the service (e.g., real‑time transmission, room management) consistent with Adobe’s terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share any content in a room.

4. No Data Retention

• Audio is processed in memory and transmitted in real time to room participants. We do not record or store audio or transcripts on our servers.
• Limited operational metadata (e.g., userId, username, roomId, socket/connection identifiers, timestamps) may be processed and retained only as needed for stability, troubleshooting, and security.

5. No Warranty / Monitoring

VoiceRoom is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not monitor or moderate user conversations but may act on reports of abuse or violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our providers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of VoiceRoom.

7. Termination of Access

We may suspend, disable, or remove access to VoiceRoom at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, technical or security reasons, or policy changes.

8. Compliance With Laws and Policies

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use VoiceRoom to infringe intellectual property, harass, threaten, or engage in illegal acts.
• You must adhere to Adobe’s policies and any additional terms applicable to features used within Adobe Express.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last Updated" date indicates the latest version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
